I lost 75 pounds with Weight Watchers, then got fickle and flip-flopped with plans, and ended up gaining almost half of it back.

I've realized that no plan will work forever, and I'm ready to start over with a new way of eating: Eat to Live (book by Joel Fuhrman). I've been vegan for almost two years, but I was definately a "junk food vegan". I'm hoping that ETL will help me learn to love whole food eating!

Also, I'm hoping to finally reach my ultimate weight loss goal and get down to 135 and (please?) a size 8 or 10 jeans. Time will tell!

I follow a vegan diet, meaning that I consume no animal products.

Since May 2009, I have lost 75 pounds with Weight Watchers and veganism, plus learning to love exercise.

I'm now entering into maintenance, and I am re-learning Intuitive Eating. I'm planning to find my happy weight, meaning a healthy weight that I can maintain fairly easily.

Current weight: 144.2
Goal weight: 144.0

I'm at a healthy BMI for the first time in several years.

Hi everyone! My name is Leah, and I'm currently living and loving life in Memphis, TN, with a goal of moving to NYC within the next 3 years.

I'm a full time administrative assistant for a small engineering firm, as well as a full time student at the University of Memphis, studying Political Science and Womens Studies, with plans to go on to law school.

I am unmarried and child-free by CHOICE, and I live with my boyfriend of three years.
