I am ready to get this weight off! I want to feel good and look good! I really want to stay on target this year, I''m wanting surround myself with people who have the same goals but one of us needs to be the motivator when I''m feeling low and coming up with excuses. So here''s to a new approach to the same old problems If you read my on my page you''ll notice we have 2 severely autistic teenage boys both nonberble that take up most up my time and energy but these guys are my main reasons I know this has to the year I make it happen!!!

My Goals:
my goal is not much different from most of us on this site. its to lose weight, get healthier for myself as well as my family. to be able to enjoy activities without getting tired in the first 5 minutes.
I really want to do this for me, my self confidence ~ so yeah i want to look good in a bathing suit, in a little black dress,or in my jeans or sweats~


My Program:
right now im just working on eating better foods, making better choices, cooking healthier and watching portion sizes, in the fall i was walking our dogs everyday, and was up to 2 to 3 miles a day but winters ugly head has put a damper on that
~ i would like to start going to the ymca but I WONT GO ALONE



Personal Information:
I live in wilmore Ky~ and work in Lexington Ky as a Licensed Massage Therapist
I own my own business and have 6 children, 2 out of the house, (not our pockets lol College life) 2 stepchildren who are here part time, one low functioning severely autistic, and 2 full time boys the youngest of which is also severely autistic, with self injurious behaviors~ needless to say one of my greatest struggles in emotionally eating, mindless eating and having to keep foods in the house that the boys eat does not make it any easier!!! i have to cook 2 meals every night, My healthy meals and my sons macaroni and cheeses, pizzas and french fries


Other Information:
I cant remember the last book I read, I do like to listen to music and like to ride my motorcycle

    Ah Tuesday.... glad its over. it was harder than monday. I thought with the routine change for my kiddos it would be hardest monday but tuesday it was back to routine AND they were tired. FEW I'm just waiting on a parent phone call then I am getting out of the school and wearing my pajama pants inside out and backwards hoping for a snow day haha.

    so my monday was a not a good day as far as dieting. I'm in a time where Im not able to fall asleep and I fell back into old habits of munching while I'm frustrated so I started out with 400 calories on my tracker before my alarm even went off. On the positive side I did track everything even all the bad stuff which was a good eye opener. I used more than my whole days allowance of calories just in my snack section :( maybe i needed to do this to see just how important it is to journal before i eat and only eat what i write down!! I WILL DO BETTER TODAY plus I'm going back to work and its really hard to eat while I'm giving a massage lol
