Hi! I'm Jane and welcome to my page! I'm trying to lose some weight, feel more energetic, keep my blood pressure down and stay healthy by eating lower on the food chain, exercising most days, and intermittent fasting. Hope we can all encourage each other here. Thanks for stopping by!

Fitness Minutes: 27,468

My Goals:
Get more energy, lower my blood pressure, and lose 1 lb a week or so by eating higher protein meals and exercising most days. Find a program I can live with for keeps!


My Program:
Eat real food in as close to its natural state as possible. Plan and track higher protein, lower carb and fat meals. 8-10 glasses of water per day.
30-60 mins per day of gentle yoga, walking, or Leslie Sansone videos most days, and aqua aerobics this summer. Aim for 9 hours of sleep per night when I can. Pray and meditate 10-20 minutes a day.



Personal Information:
I'm Jane and I live in St. Charles, MO. I have three children. My daughter is a nurse in Gainesville, FL and working on her DNP. One son is a chemical engineer in Houston, TX and my youngest is a sophomore at Mizzou. I have a wonderful husband and we have been married almost 33 years. I have two cats and two dogs. Mostly I am home with them.


Other Information:
I love to read, read, read! Especially mysteries. I am basically a homebody and I love hanging out with my husband, my kids and my dogs! I volunteer in my church and am looking for other volunteer opportunities in St. Charles, possibly a part- time job.
