Hopefully you're still trying. I know it's frustrating and hard, and tests you, and on top of that you're working nights. But looking the way you want is worth it.

I've been thinking about how you said "I need to feel better right now. I need a fix." I think that is the reasoning behind all my food mistakes. I've started to use other comforts instead of food, my favorite being a hot rice bag. Just holding it on my lap comforts me. So does drinking some tea.

Well, I over ate Saturday & Sunday because I went into panic mode worrying about you falling off the wagon.
