    Hopefully you're still trying. I know it's frustrating and hard, and tests you, and on top of that you're working nights. But looking the way you want is worth it.

    I mess up all the time, but jump right back in. Make a good NEXT choice!

    You can control what you put in your mouth. You're strong and I know you don't want to get fatter. Fight for it! You'll do anything for your kids, but how about for yourself?

    Even if you can't work out, you can make good eating choices. It will help your stress.

    I've been thinking about how you said "I need to feel better right now. I need a fix." I think that is the reasoning behind all my food mistakes. I've started to use other comforts instead of food, my favorite being a hot rice bag. Just holding it on my lap comforts me. So does drinking some tea.

    Try some of those.

    Well, I over ate Saturday & Sunday because I went into panic mode worrying about you falling off the wagon.

    But I'm ready for a great week, starting with Hot Hula today. I'm sure the cravings will suck around 4pm, but I'll get through it because I need to keep losing.
