    We have a lot in common. I too have been battling weight since I was a kid. We started out at about the same weight, we set our goal reasonable (I started at 236 and short term goal is 199), I have two daughters (7 & 9). I am so excited to find someone that is so much like me. You look terrific, I have to tell you that, you do not look 44 at all!

Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
