Hey everyone! my name is Laura, im 30 years old. and live in the mitten state! i started trying to loose weight last year back in 2016, but by the middle of the year i fell off the bandwagon. This is a brand new year...and i have some brand new goals in mind. Im not going to give uP! So lets keep eachother motivated and cheer eachother on! :)

Fitness Minutes: 3,682

My Goals:
Get to my goal weight by september or december.
Buy a little red dress (always wanted to for some reason)
Not give up!
Stay pop free for a whole year
Complete more then one 5K a year..and beat my times


My Program:
 GYM 4 days a week,
30 minute Runs/jogs


Personal Information:
Happily married, have a great husband, and an awesome dog. Hoping to have kids one day. :)
