I'm 52, been married for 34 yrs. I've done this a few times before...I'm looking to make a permanent change to a healthy lifestyle...No more excuses!!! I I've learned a lot over the years and it comes down to making the right choices on food and getting in some form of exercise. The changes that you make have to be for the rest of your life, not just to reach the goal, the maintenance is half the battle. Learn about your body, what works and what doesn't, change your macronutrient amounts ...

I I've learned a lot over the years and it comes down to making the right choices on food and getting in some form of exercise. The changes that you make have to be for the rest of your life, not just to reach the goal, the maintenance is half the battle. Learn about your body, what works and what doesn't, change your macronutrient amounts (more/less carbs, more/less protein,etc..), change your exercise routine. We might all look the same but we don't all respond the same.
