Keep on moving...


I have hit my highest non pregnant weight and feel awful. Everything hurts and I'm always tired. Doing this to get my life back. 2018 update - did not succeed at losing weight but have started to turn things in my life around. I have a job I truly enjoy now. I’m more motivated than I was a year ago. I have a little bit more energy. Going to make better choices, and continue to be accountable, even if I have a ridiculously bad day.

Starting again after a tough year. I moved to a new house, but in the process of getting my life in order, I forgot about eating. I went back to bad habits, and gained back every pound I had lost in 2006 & 2007.
