Well I started in June and lost 13 lbs. in 2 months then just started eating what I wanted but being mostly careful. I’ve restarted 2 days ago and am logging on SparkPeople to keep track. Lost about 3lbs so far carbs around 60. 734 days ago

Hello Laura, thanks for posting. I am just about 2 weeks into adapting to Keto. Will soon get insulin test and check my glucose & ketones levels and slowly get back to the gym to do resistant training
