I'm a California girl navigating (and loving) living in small town Montana. I'm into sustainable living. Last year I realized I was gluten intolerant. I've made serious eating changes to accommodate, and my stomach couldn't be happier. I've been on and off Spark for a while and realized I do better on it. I started back up having kept off the 6/7lbs I lost. I've lost 5 more since and am shooting for another 5 before maintaining. To keep healthy I make my own food, have begun running regularly ...

 My big thing is running. I've never been a runner, never really enjoyed running but just hear how amazing and beneficial it is. As it turns out running isn't so bad. I've started a running program and am working my way into it. I am trying to add other new to me activities to keep me going in working out.
