Wow! I've been Sparking for 6 1/2 years!

My #1 goal is a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I strive for clean eating (no preservatives and little to no processing) 80% of the time. Most of my exercise is walking or to videos. I walk a fair amount in the course of my work day. While I am maintaining, SparkPeople's 5% Challenges help keep me on track as far as eating and activity.

I work with adults with developmental disabilities. I am not only helping myself get and stay fit, I am helping them make healthy choices. I'm currently into iPhonography, recycled art, knitting, crocheting, reading, and writing.
