I am Lane. I'm from Dallas, Texas, but I currently live in Lapeer, Michigan with my new husband. I have a wonderful cat named Evee.

I've been away from the site for a while. I got caught up in a cycle of wanting every food in sight, and not being motivated enough to exercise or stop myself from eating. I was going to make it my New Year's Resolution to get back on track, but why should I wait? I know I can do this. And this time I've got no choice.

My Goals:
1. Limiting Diet Dr. Pepper to once a month or less.
2. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day until I get used to it again.
3. Set a small goal weight each week and only weigh in once a week.
4. Keeping temptation foods out of the house.
5. To be 200 pounds by my birthday on 6/4/15.

My Program:
1. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
2. Cut out high fat, high sugar, processed foods.
3. Learn portion control.
4. Drink water. As much as possible.
5. Exercise regularly.
