Well, I'm no expert but I would say go with the general amount of calories burned. There is a web site called CalorieKing.com that gives you a break down of what it takes to burn off certain foods. Check with several people on your teams and learn what their experience has taught them works - like an Omron or Oregon ped...that sort of thing. You might also check with the fitness techs and see what they would suggest. The bottom line is if you keep moving, eventually, you will get the results you want. Good luck in all your efforts!!! 4508 days ago
