2/2011: back to where i started, but with a twist. now i am also back in school and realized that there is no way i can survive 50+ hour work weeks plus schoolwork without taking care of my health... back to running because i love it... starting with my good old c25k.

:: Do 25 REAL pushups in one sitting
:: Complete P90X AbRipper X without hitting the pause button!
:: Run 6 miles in 60 minutes
:: Get my waist under 30 inches (AbRipper X + Running/Cardio!)
:: Journal 3 days per week (New journal purchased. Will carry in my work bag every day!)

ACCOMPLISHED IN 2007
Sparked :: 191.5 (6/23/2007)
:Goal #1 :: 185 (achieved 7/13)
:Goal #2 :: 177 (achieved 8/16)
:Goal #3 :: 169 (achieved 9/22)
:Goal #4 :: 161 (achieved 10/26)
:Goal #5 :: 153 (achieved 11/30)

Finished 2007: 149 lbs. 9:01 minute mile on 5K short run.

    Thanks for replying to my blog question. Yes the swiss cheese cup was an error. It was more like an 1/8 of a cup lol. I will try a cup of all veggies mixed together and let you know how that works out. Thanks!!

    Welcome, Lana, to Rookie Running Group. I see that you're working on the Couch 2 5K program. I believe there is a thread here, where the folks support each other. I encourage you to join it. Also check out the main monthly thread in the general discussion forum. I think you'll find plenty of support, encouragement and advice from your teammates here...and piggybacking on what the person before me said, "Congratulations on your wedding!"...my 20 year high school reunion is coming up too. Don't know why I'd mention that, but thought I would. Anyway, good luck on your goals and maybe I'll see you on the boards here sometime.
