Fitness Minutes: 2,084

My Goals:
FOLLOW AND SERVE THE LORD JESUS!
1) Total loss of 100 lbs!
2) Walk my past paralyzed legs more!
3) Move on up to the elliptical after I can walk better and more consistently! It's a full-body workout!
4) Walka 5K in 58 minutes, MY PERSONAL BEST, before my legs became paralyzed 2 years ago!!


My Program:
KEEP MY EYES FORWARD ON JESUS, HEADING FOR THE PRIZE! ALWAYS TRYING AND NEVER GIVING UP! I AM NOT HARD ON MYSELF WHEN ACTIONS DON'T LINE UP PERFECTLY WITH INTENT! I LOVE MYSELF AND OTHERS!
1) I am a calorie counter, most of all! I stay on a low fat, low carb diet, high in protein!
2) Aim for 696 steps/day, as set by my Moto Body Watch! It was set at 290, until I met that consistently, then it jumped up by over 400 steps! It's a great addition to my health and fitness well-being!
3) I try to walk at my THR (Target Heart Rate - fat busting, calorie burning and good for my overall health!) @ 1.5 miles a day/3 days/week!
4) I weight-lift to build muscle, rather than fat, to fill my lose skin!



Personal Information:
My very high, medication dependent hypertention has gone down to normal since my recent return to SP in June 2016, even though I exercise less than I did in 2012 - 2014! Go figure???
