Introduction Text Hello everyone! I am a 31-year old, recently married lady who wants to make sure all my weight loss efforts stick around! Trying to find a balance somewhere between living my life no longer "being on a diet" while not going wild on some of my unhealthy favorites! Looking for buddies to check in and motivate, so feel free to add!

Eat more clean, whole foods. Be active at least once per day. Walking the dog counts! Keep up my healthy habits on the weekend, not just during the week. Log into SparkPeople once a day for a daily dose of motivation and support. And of course. . .Lose the weight for my wedding!

Currently doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and the Insanity program (I have to switch it up or I'll get bored!). I'm also trying my best to eat clean and do more cooking at home.
