•Hi there! I'm Alicia and I'm excited to share my goals and life with you all. 😄 I live in Indiana with my husband and our 3 fur babies. (two kitties and a husky pup)• •I work in retail so my schedule is not very consistent which has made it difficult for me to set aside a time for exercise. It's tough for me to keep motivated as I am literally addicted to sweets and carbs. This year, I am determined to make a change!• •On our wedding day almost 3 years ago, I weighed 145lbs and felt great! Now I'm currently at 166 and have trouble breathing when I walk up and down stairs... Not exactly something a 27 year old should have trouble with! I love swing dancing and Zumba, so I've made myself a goal of practicing each of those at least twice a week. I just need to remind myself how great I feel after exercising!• •I know that it's not "all about the numbers" so I am not beating myself up to get down to specific weights, they are just guidelines for myself! I really enjoy learning about other cultures. I love to watch the show Bizarre Foods because I get to see what crazy foods I may eat if I get to travel the world someday! :)
