I finally finished grad school and have moved in with my dearest friend SYonkovic. We are at it again. Doing cardio kickboxing and strength training at 4:30 in the morning is a new world for this night owl.

My Goals:
My Goal is to be down to 241 by Thanksgiving. I made my goal on December 10, 2009. I had a bad few weeks with my Grandma in the hospital and then hospice. (I love you Granny Mae).

New Goal: I had hoped to be at 210 by now but I fell off the wagon. I am going to try my hardest to be at 210 by May 3.

My Program:
I found a new gym. No more 4:30am workouts for this lady. I will be doing a variety of classes, attempting to run and strength training. We will see how it goes.
