Weight loss has always been my goal. I try to sound noble about wanting energy and a better quality of life, but I truly just want to look good in clothes and feel confident. While this is not wrong, I seek balance. I desire I full life and all that entails. I want to be who God desires me to be.

Today (3/17/11) starts Phase 2 of PRISM and modifying it to include the problem areas. I am working with a friend which is most beneficial to staying on track when I feel like giving up. I need to find something that I can do rather than eat when I feel overwhelmed. I seek new tips and tricks- anything to get me back to my right weight and a level of confidence that helps me to become who I was created to be- one day at a time.

I will use this site as a way to track my food and activity and journal thoughts. I want to take back my life and have the energy that is MINE!

My Goals:
Regain lost energy. Workout 5 days a week. Focus on taking in no less than 8- 8oz. glasses of water each day.


My Program:
Right now it is to workout at the gym with a friend 5 days a week. We do 30 min. cardio and 30 min. strength training.



Personal Information:
I live my my husband of 9 years and our 2 doxens. We are currently working on the Dave Ramsey plan. Our car is paid off and we purchased the house we've been renting for almost 9 years. Let the decorating begin!


Other Information:
I spend most of my time reading or on Facebook. I desire excellent time mangagement and organizational skills.

    OH! one more thing... If there is something in your house right now that causes temptation, get rid of it! Seriously... if anyone in your family wants to eat crap let them do it outside the house. Get rid of it! Best thing you can do for yourself right now, until you feel stronger is to avoid the temptation all together. Stay strong!
