Hi. I'm in SW Ontario. I'd like to lose some weight and I'm working on gaining muscle, because I think strong women are beautiful. PS. I call this my Quiet Corner because sometimes my three children (and husband) can get a little overwhelming. I am a true introvert who needs plenty of quiet time to recharge. :-)



I aim for 3 days of cardio, 3 days of weights, and several yoga practises. I like variety, and have many exercise dvds. I recently bought Wii Fitness Coach, and have been using it almost exclusively. I find it's allowing me to add in more gentle cardio - something I've been careful about since I developed hip bursitus in the summer of 2008.
