fit and fabulous at 40!


46 yr old farmers wife, mother of twin girls and a son. Love the country life and doing things for my family. Health is so important as we get older and I want to show my kids how important it is for them to think about their health so they don't have to work as hard as I am. I will be healtier when I'm 50 that I was in my 40's!
