Since I have been on SP my life has changed so much. I have lost over a hundred pounds. This is because of all the great support and friendship you all have given me. I just love how everyone on here pushes me to want to do more and do better everyday. I just love all of you so much. It is like you all have become part of my family. Thank you so much to everyone.

My Goals:
My newest goal is to be at 240 by my 34th birthday. I am down to 3 weeks and still have 13 pounds to go. I need your help. I want healthy ideas on how to drop as many pounds as I can.

2 watch what I take to my body and into my house
3 not letting others bad habits run my life

Personal Information:
Hello everyone. My name is Andrea. I am 33 years old and live in Tennessee. I am a single mom of two great boys which I home school. I will be starting my Master in web education in March of 2008.
I started making a life change the 9th of September. On that day I weighed in at 379. My doctor’s were blowing a stack because I have MS and have had many mini stokes. The doctor told me to lose the weigh or I would not be here in a year. So I started working extra hard to watch what I eat and I started exercising. The first few weeks I thought I was going to kill myself but I am happy to say my hard work has paid off and I have lost 126 pounds so far. My end goal is to be at 150 by my 35th birthday which is in March of 2009. I know if I work hard I can make it.
If you want to know anything else just ask.

Other Information:
My Motivation: Each day as I look to my boys faces I have the motivation I need to exercise each day and to eat right. I want them to have the roll model they need in life from me. So when I feel like giving up because the pain is bad or I ready want that chocolate all I have to do is look at them. No matter what I teach my boys in school I believe this is the best learn they will ever learn. This is because I never want to see my children in the physical shape I am in. I may not be able to do anything about the genes I gave them but I can do something about the way they eat now. I just want my babies to have everything they want in life plus some. The good part about the changes I want to make in my kid’s life is the fact that they are young enough to try and truly want to eat right. At the same time they are old enough to understand how importation it is for them to eat healthy.
