Introduction Text Hello! 25 lb loss since we last spoke due to a low carb/no sugar lifestyle. I'm constantly learning about myself and what foods work for me over others. For one, and after MUCH denial, I do NOT react well with processed sugar! So I made the decision to completely remove it from my diet. Also, white flours REALLY make me feel sluggish and tired so I've given that up too! I'm also working out at least 2-3x a week. I'm really trying to lose another 35 lbs by my May 2012 wedding. I love the support I always got here and all the different contests and blogs so that's why I decided to come back as well. I know that I can FINALLY reach my goal with the help and support of all you wonderful people. We can do this!

1. Monitor my food intake by writing in my journal. 2. Drink lots of water! 3. To go from a size 18/20 to a size 14 by the summer!
