And Again..


I feel like every 6 months or so I decide I need to hold myself accountable again so I revamp my page and start tracking my food, exercise, and weight.

The reality is I struggle to stay on any type of diet or exercise program because whether I seem to eat healthy or veg out on junk food, my weight does not change much.

But I know the scale is not where I need to measure my progress. I need to measure it in endurance, strength, and my overall feeling of health. I am ...

So here we go again...
