My Goals:
Lose 27 pounds, get my body feeling and looking good and enter the next decade of my life at my peak. Also, run a full marathon next year.

 Following SparkPeople meal plans and sticking to a regular exercise plan that makes me happy, keeps my stress low and doesn't bore me.
