I am not new to Sparkpeople and it wonderful community of people who help you reach your goals. I started here and got big success in my weight loss goals but life got in the way and I let myself get sucked back into bad habits. I am back to my starting point when I began sparkpeople and my backslide has really been hard for me to accept. I had my goal weight and took it for granted and now I have to start over again. So here I am again Sparkpeople and I am hoping this time that I can stick to my goals, keep my progress, and make some wonderful new friends along the way.

Fitness Minutes: 23,714

My Goals:
For now I would like to :
Do 20 pushups (with good form) easily by Christmas.
Do a 2 minute plank by Christmas
Lose at least 20 pounds by Christmas.
Exercise 5 out of 7 days minimum.

My Program:
Flexibility is what I am about so I may not do the same routine every day.
Do my youtube videos at least 5 days if not very day.
Walk on the treadmill or outside whenever possible. For the Treadmill I would like to do 30 minutes every day but the outside walking can be at any time.
Do Strength training 4 or more days a week.

Personal Information:
I love to be social and have a good time. I love to travel, shop, and being creative. I have a husband and four children that I adore but who also drive me crazy. My oldest son has started college this year and it is an out of state college so that has been hard for me to get used to. I am visually disabled which makes doing most things harder but I tend to rise to the challenge.I love all things glittery and shiney and my little girl is beenie boo crazy and I am a little bit too :-)
