I have been off since November 2008 due to surgery, but I am back. I re-started up again September 3rd and I am feeling great. I go to the gym at least 2 times per week for strengthening and cardio exercises and I am finally starting to see results. I wish all of you out there the best with your lifestyle changes too. We all have our ups and downs, but please stick with it and you WILL see results.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 50 pounds so I can feel good about myself again and to get into shape so I can do more things with my children.

My Program:
 I have been cutting down on what I eat, walking 2 miles 2-3 days a week, and exercising.


Personal Information:
I am 44 years old, married with 2 children.

Other Information:
 I enjoy reading books and spending time with my family and friends.

    I'm still here my 2nd day back!!! I hope to keep this going.

    I just talk to Mrs Pat on Sunday for a little bit, she was at lunch. The kids are doing really good, Maddie is turning 5 in Feb, seems like yesterday. She is doing great in pre-k now and daycare as I'm working full time now. Billy is busy with highschool basketball, he loves it. Jordyn is pregnant again with her 2nd baby, 1st baby was still born:( ) She is doing really good right now, 14 weeks, 26 to go. lol.

    Hope your family is doing good, I bet your kids are growing just as fast as mine are.
