One Step More
A hill is not too hard to climb taken one step at a time.

My goals for this year:

1. To be active on teams and with team mates
2. Make/Check schedule each day and prioritize time/activity
3. Take me time
4. Continue to keep journals (prayer and weight/food/exercise).

I am still keeping a journal. Keeping a journal helps me see how far I have come and also where I need to improve or change a habit.

I appreciate all the people on my teams and realize how much support they give me. Between them and my hubby who is very supportive I feel I am very blessed.

Fitness Minutes: 98,609

My Goals:
To lose 1/2 a week
To do Strength training at least 3 times a week (includes my yoga videos) I am beginning to like Strength Training.
To do Cardio (mostly walking) at least 5 times a week
Take a complete rest day, including cutting back on computer time

My Program:
Track and monitor food, also watch fats and sugars.
Exercise - try to burn 250-500 calories a day
Drink Water - 6-8 glasses a day
Work on eating slower.

Personal Information:
I have been married 55 years to Don who is definitely my soul mate. We were blessed with 3 children who in turn blessed us with 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Our 6th great grandchild is due in Aug 2019 & our 7th great grandchild is due in Feb 2020
I am active in Red Hat Society, belonging to the Rhody Red Hatters of Florence OR.
Active in church activities and lead a ecumenical Bible Study.
Love to go out with friends to lunch and any fun activity.

Other Information:
Completed a number of Sparks challenges and also completed a number of virtual walks.

    I saw a blog about someone’s visit to Tillamook and I thought of you along that beautiful coast. I stepped back from being the leader on the Casual Travelers and just doing the spreadsheet. The challenge is really helpful but I just found that I do want to put so much time in being on line. My move from California to Phoenix is complete now just the process reestablishing connections and unpacking the boxes. I hope your husband is doing better

    Good habits are as addictive as bad habits but much more rewarding
    something we need to remember is it takes at least 2 weeks to get a habit in place for me it takes much longer to correct a bad but its not impossible go
