Introduction Text Hi, I am trying to stay in shape. I lost around 80 pounds 2 years ago and have successfully kept it off. I still have fat I would like to loose, but I am comfortable with how I look. I walk a lot in the summer. Usually a few hundred miles. In the winter I try to do "the firm" and various other videos.

Maintain my weight and loose a few more inches.

I live near St. Louis. There are tons of great things to do here that are active. The St. Louis Zoo is one of the best around and if you walk you will get in some hill climbing. Cahokia mounds is also nearby. The steps on Monks mound are something to behold. I can finally get all the way up them without stopping.

I love to read when I have the time. I also like to watch TV. I am into a variety of shows from law and order to heros, to the strange stuff on the Sci-fi channel.
