    I deleted your number again so I'd stop drunk texting you, so this is the only method of communication I have left. I hope all is well with you, and I know you said a while ago that you've been pretty much off the wagon with Spark People. I have too. I understand why I am the way that I am now, and to change who I have become would require an insane amount of work. I'm just not in a place where my mind is ready for that right now. Unfortunately all I want to do when I'm done work is go home and relax until it's time to go to bed. I haven't found much energy in myself to do what is needed to lose the 100+ pounds I need to lose.

    I hope you can find your motivation to be what you want to be. I know work is probably tough on you and has something to do with why you've stopped using this, but I hope you can get through that and continue your personal successes.

    Hope you're still doing well. I've got to reinvigorate myself because my bones just aren't handling this weight anymore. My left knee has been messed up now for a week and just today my right hip started acting up to where I could barely walk. It's not fun being this big.

    So, again I hope you're still on track because I have fallen off the wagon and am trying to hop back on.

    To good fortune and many pounds lost.
