Katherine's Ultimate Challenge
I have weighed 150 pounds forever!! I am 5 foot 6 and a half, and am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am a size 4-6...but really i would like to weigh 135 and be a size 4 always. It's important for me to feel confident that i look very fit in my job so i can convince others they can do the same. This is the first time i have ever seriously thought about making a change and making such a comitment like starting a sparkpage.

i am currently training to bike across Canada, so i am doing that and weight training. I am trying to eat within my calorie limits and still have energy.
