My biggest loss has been my biggest gain
I wanted to update this since i have began my journey. I am 29 and have two wonderful children. I have been on and off sparkpeople for years and this last time i looked at the scale and didn't even recoginze who was on it. I was so depressed i didn't even want to leave the house anymore. I hit my heighest weight ever and knew things had to change. I started to workout in November and started the sparkdiet. Since then i have lost 40lbs this month i have gained a couple back but month isn't over ...

I have been on and off sparkpeople for years and this last time i looked at the scale and didn't even recoginze who was on it. I was so depressed i didn't even want to leave the house anymore. I hit my heighest weight ever and knew things had to change. I started to workout in November and started the sparkdiet. Since then i have lost 40lbs this month i have gained a couple back but month isn't over yet:) I workout at least 5 days a week and eat as many clean foods as possible. I love zumba and circuit training classes they always kick my butt. I am very active on sparkpeople which i think without it i would have not gotten this far so fast.
It has not been easy. There are times i don't want to get up and do anything. There are times i want to eat a whole lot more than i should. Guess what? There are times i have caved and eaten something i shouldn't or just relaxed on couch saying man i should really get up. I know though the more times i do this the more times i will go to try on clothing again at the store and get depressed because nothing looks good. The more i take it easy on myself the more i will not want to be in my families pictures because i hate the way i look. The more times i choose eating out rather than a healthy home cooked meal the more i will sit at home feeling bad for myself. It is time to end the cycle, it is time to value ourselves and those around us. It is time to see the beauty we have inside and take care of it. We are worth it!
Goals this summer:
Do 2 5ks (done)
Help a friend lose at least 10lbs (done)
Get a part time job helping others reach their goals (done)
Lose rest of goal weight by July (done)
Be active on sparkpeople and help motivate others
A few short things about myself
I love god he is my savior and without him i would not have the strength for any of this
I love veggies and love homemade veggie pizza with lots of garlic and onion
I love to see others get excited to change their lives too, it helps me stay focused and gets me excited to see how they are reaching their goals
I am very sensitive i cry at the most random things!

Get up and sweat!
My routine changes depending on the time i have but here it is in a nutshell...
Mon-zumba teach/zumba teach
Tue-run/body pump
Wed-break
Thur- run/ teach zumba
fri-teach zumba
sat-break
sun-body pump
I do an ab routine almost every night also

* I have a wonderful husband 2 beautiful children
* I am a personal trainer
* I am a christian
* More worst bad habit is probably coffee just as bad as chocolate!
* I love people and my friends I am so excited to do this!
*I am the type of person who needs someone to be a cheerleader for me and me be theres. I def need a buddy for my success I know that I get off track to easy and make excuses
