This is interesting for me...I have never had issues with my weight, but I have spun out of control since I had my last child (03/2004!). I was down to my normal weight two weeks AFTER I had her, but since then have made the choice to eat anything and everything, not exercise - basically - not take care of me!

Update 12/3/09: Okay, since I last updated this page, I let my weight creep up to 190 - I have NEVER weighed that much in my life - that was on Nov 4th. It is now Dec 3rd and I am back to 176. 13 lbs. in 4 weeks! My goal is 135 by July 1st!

Update 03/25/2010: 37 lbs gone since 11/4/2009! So excited.....18 more to go!

Update on 05/07/2010: 43 lbs gone since 11/4/2009....only 12 more to go.

My Goals:
FOOD GOALS
Breakfast:
Eat breakfast at HOME (rather than picking up fast food and eating at my desk!). Include protein with each breakfast.
Eat within 30 minutes of waking up.

Lunch:
Eat a minimal lunch preferrably brought from home vs. eating out!

Dinner:
Eat a minimal dinner.

Eat until I am no longer hungry, rather than eating until I am full!

Exercsie (for now) - ask me!


My Program:
Portion control, portion control, more portion control and smarter food choices!

I have given up on tracking everything i eat - I have learned it annoys me more than it helps me!

Up to today (03/25/2010), I have lost 37 lbs. by changing the way I eat and switching my fluid intake to one diet coke a day and the rest water. The exercise routine I have been doing is minimal (email me and I will tell you what I do!). As I get closer to my goal, I will incorporate a better workout regimine and I hope that will help me to maintain the weight-loss!



Personal Information:
I live with the a great guy in Fishers, Indiana which is just NE of Indianapolis. We have a 16-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl.
We love hanging outside, getting together with family & friends and vacationing at the beach!


Other Information:
I'm on this new diet. Well, I don't eat anything and when I feel like I'm about to faint I eat a cube of cheese. I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight.
