My names Kristen and i'm eighteen years old.
I started my weight loss journey on January First 2008.
I lost 40 pounds last year bringing me to a low weight of 125.
Over the past months September-December i put on a good 15 pounds from eating pure junk and lack of exercise.
I restarted my weight loss journey on January First 2009.
I have a gym membership this year and i know what i'm doing in the nutrition department so hopefully i get down to my goal weight by june/july this year. i know i can do it.

My Goals:
To finish my weight loss goal.

To keep myself healthy and young throughout all of my adult years by starting early.

To fit into a size 0 jeans like i used to.

To wear a bikini to the beach.

And most importantly to look and feel good for MYSELF.

My Program:
I stick to 1000 calories a day and go to the gym 7 days a week doing anywhere from 30-60 minutes on the eliptical. toning exerices include 8 minute abs, buns, legs, and arms at home.

I am an 18 year old girl from Long Island, NY. i live with my amazing boyfriend of four years and he is completely supportive of all that i am doing. i'm a total horror movie buff and i go road tripping to horror conventions quite often. music is also my life, ive loved metal and punk since as far back as i can remember. the 80s are my favorite era and i like to pretend theyre still here. i am irish, scottish, english, and german and i'm very in touch with my irish side. i was born on st. patricks day as well. i love exercising, walking, traveling, photography, and astrology. i am a true pisces at heart. you're welcome to join me on my journey of weight loss. we're all in this together.
