Introduction Text Hey it's me, the old me. Working on getting the skinny girl out that trapped inside this body. It's time for significant improvements in my life. This time, I am working on helping ME. Yes, this is my selfish year. I plan on taking full advantage of getting ME healthier, feeling better and of course, looking better too. Feel free to follow me on my Journey to the new ME.

July 21 - Make it through Surgery :) Making it to Onederville! I hope to do this by Aug. 25 (5 weeks after surgery) {Done!} Down 50 pounds by Oct. 15. Make it through Thanksgiving.... Would love to be down 60 pounds by Christmas 2010. But that is only 5 mos. post op... 75 by Valentine's Day. It would be awesome to reach my goal weight by April 21, 2011. (9 mos post-op) Medical Goals: To be off all meds - or at least have a significant reduction in what I take. To Eliminate or have significantly reduce Apnea Episodes My Dream - which goes way beyond my goal, would be to fit comfortably in a size 6 and to look decent in most of what I wear.



I am originally from PA and now I live in TX, I guess everything is BIGGER in Texas, including ME. But that's about to change!
