I am a 22 year old college student, and I have struggled with my weight since I was 8 years old. Over the years, I felt bad about my weight and really self-conscious, so nothing really worked. As I got older, I learned to love myself unconditionally, be proud of who I am, and appreciate my life and body enough to want to be healthier for myself. So I have begun to work out and eat healthier so that I can reach a healthy weight and lower my risk of diabetes and heart disease which is prevalent in my family. I'm a very fun-loving, energetic person, and I hope to meet people who are the same so that we can motivate one another to be as healthy as we can be!

My Goals:
I am working towards losing 90 lbs. One of my short-term goals is to be able to run 1 mile without stopping, and one of my long-term goals is to run a 5k.


My Program:
My fitness program is very chaotic right now due to the holidays. However, when I return home, I will be doing cardio for 1 hour every morning on Monday-Friday, and I will do strength workouts for 30 minutes in the evening on Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be my "light" days where I will do the Jillian Michaels "Ripped in 30" workout for 30 minutes. I won't be following a diet, instead I will just make healthier choices, do a lot of juicing, drink protein shakes, and focus on eating whole grains, lean protein, fresh fruits and veggies, and drinking LOTS of water.
