Introduction Text November 2012. Hi my name is Kathy and I am a processed food addict. My story is a familiar one. I needed help and I found it on SP. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and a Sparkie. I lost 58lbs in the first 9 months after joining SparkPeople I kept the weight off for almost 18 months then I let personal speed bumps derail me over and over again. But now I want to start moving forward again. I know I can do it because I have the support of my SP friends. I know that staying on track is never easy .. but I want to be stronger than my addictions. I know that I am not alone. There is always someone here willing to offer me a hand, an ear or a shoulder. Thursday, March 18, 2010 For 35 days I have been climbing. I am climbing Mt HF&W (health, fitness & weight) More often than not the road is crooked and very rough with lots of fog and storms. It is 65 miles (lbs) to the top from where I am now. I am aiming for an average of 1 mile per week allowing for some slippage and falls. I have climbed 10.5 miles so far. I know the climb is easier at the bottom when the load is heaviest. I'm too far down to see the top. It is up there in the clouds somewhere but I know it is there because once I lived there. I will live there again. One step at a time.

Goal loose 1lb per week.

Workout min of 30min Eat fresh fruit/veg at every meal Stay within SP nutrition guidelines. Make informed choices.
