    How are things going with you? What workout are you doing? I'm still doing the 30 Day Slim Down and today was Day 20 for me...... Here's to another weekend. They sure are coming around pretty fast these days. Have a good one and stay on track.

    emoticon and thanks for joining me on the 30 Day Slim Down with Jillian. Glad you have decided to do this workout. Please post your progress at the thread and let everyone know how you are doing. Today was Day 4 for me and it was Level 1 of the 30 DS. Tomorrow I will do Day 5 and it will be my first time doing the BFBM workout and I am a bit afraid but I know I will get through it may need to modify some moves and do my own thing with certain parts of the workout. That's Ok as long as maintain my heart rate up and keep moving from move to move with Jillian. Stick with this program for 30 Days and I know you will be glad you did at the end. Stay on track and keep on Slimming Down!

    Hi, Kyra. I'm RJ and I'm on the 30 Day Shred team with you. Listen, if you're not ready for Level 2, then do Level 1 another week. Pushing yourself too hard too fast can cause injury and, as you've experienced, frustration and discouragement. You'll know when you're ready to go to Level 2. I'm new to 30DS and am not trying the additional challenge. I'm just doing the regular schedule and other exercises. You want to challenge yourself, not burn yourself out and set yourself up for failure.
    Just don't give up. It's your health you're working for. emoticon
