    I can't believe I went without a computer, cell phone, and news for a whole week!. I traded them in for the mountains, mosquitoes, and fresh air.
    Of course when you hike, you lose the benefit of fresh veggies and fruit, and candy bars give you needed energy. At least I didn't gain any weight.
    Time to get back into the regular routine and check on all my friends. I hope you had a good week with nutrition and fitness.
