    About the splits. I've been doing splits since highschool. Of course I don't do them or stretch too much when I am very pregnant and sometimes I just stop stretching for months at at time, but I've basically kept up with stretching since high-school. I just get on the floor while tv is on at night and stretch my legs every way I know. I dedicate about 10-15 minutes a day to it for about 4-5 days a week. I got my split back in about 3 weeks this time after not stretching for a few months. For someone who has never had one or who had had one years ago, it may take a few months, but really I think anyone can do a split!!
