I joined 2 1/2 years ago and recently have found the motivation to keep losing weight. Thanks, Biggest Loser Season 10, and now 11! So I'm determined to change my lifestyle for the better. Yeah!

I really can't believe so much time has passed since I joined SP. It was in May, a few weeks before my birthday. I can't really remember what I was feeling or how I found this site; but I do know why I am here again. I can't help but wonder just how many times I've said that this would be "the" time I would change my life for the better. I try not to dwell on this thought since it scares me a little. Instead I keep looking ahead and try to stay positive...only time will tell.

Nov 2014:

I am still with it, although I should be more active with SP. This website has been there for me when I needed encouragement and help. I so appreciate all the loving and thoughtful bits of advice or wishes from all on SP. It has worked for me. I am very appreciate of this site for keeping me accountable and reminding me of what needs to be done for me to accomplish my goals. I still love it!

My Program:
I am loosely following Bob Harper's Skinny Diet. I do try to stick to the "Rules" though the meals I am more lenient with. But I will keep my portions small except when I am gorging on food, which still happens from time to time. I just have to remember to jump back on the "Skinny Diet Bandwagon" as soon as possible to maintain my weight.

Personal Information:
I have two dogs who I adore.

Sami, the maltese, is 13 years old.

Gizmo, the shih tzu, is 8 years old.

    Hi Sweetie.. I will be here till about 1 or so.. Going to a concert that he sent us tickets.. Come on read and have a good time.. It is a win win situation..     Thank you for you comment, support and encouragement. I once hired a trainer and found he didn't know much more than me really. I was almost doing exactly the same thing. I really hired him for accountability. Which didn't work because I still had two or three sessions left when I quit going and he NEVER called me. I have also decided I like working out at home in fleece pj pants or yoga pants. I do wish i had a treadmill. Super cute dogs btw!! emoticon

I wanted to start getting MOTIVATED & Start losing some weight. I NEED TO BAD, I gained over 100lbs since I have been on PAIN MEDS. I hope to hear from you soon, I LIke your writing on the NEW YEAR.     Thanks so much for your goodie! How did you know candles are one of my favorite relaxation tools. I lite the candles and soak in the tub, or if I don't have that much time, I at least get out my foot spa. The candles' smell and flickering light seem to make me feel so much better. Again, thanks for your thoughtfulness.
