1/7/2011:
2010 was pretty good. I started cycling like I planned and even dabbled in the sport of triathlon. Did 2 as a team and mini one on my own. Looking forward trying the Broome County Triathlon on my own this year. Just like cycling was my focus last winter/spring, this winter it is swimming. I hope by summer I will be a stronger swimmer.

This first week of 2011 has been good, not only did I get my MWF swims done and T&TH runs done (on the treadmill) but all of them ...

2008 was a good healthy year, 2009 not so. 2010 will be a new start again.

    LOL, yes superfish, you can be a dickens, keep it up, why make things easy cause that gets so Boring.. I am finishing the P90x Plus next tuesday and will take 2 weeks off and then start a 60 day round of Insanity, should be fun. Glad you are still running and hope this weather heads north and lets get some spring time weather.
