Introduction Text My name is Katlyn. I've been yo yo dieting and working out for about 5 years now. I've always been very active and never really worried about weight until I was about a senior in high school. I've never been severely overweight, just always trying to lose that last 15-20 lbs. I love health and fitness. I'm so, so passionate about it, but I struggle a lot! I love food and it is definitely my comfort. If you're addicted to food, may i suggest reading 'Women, Food and God'. It was eye opening for me. I ran my first half marathon in Pittsburgh in May 2011. It was absolutely amazing. All of those hours were totally worth it when i crossed that finish line in 2 hr and 7 minutes =) I currently work out 7 days a week. I am doing the Insanity program and i also do a few miles a day on my treadmill. I have done p90x two times now and i absolutely loved my results! I hoping insanity will give me great results too! I typically tried to lose a million lbs a week, but this time i am trying to make this different. I had hit my goal weight of 155, but life has happened and im back to about 165. Its crazy how those lbs can come back so quickly!!! I would like to be 155 by my wedding day in may 2012!!! I love pushing people and helping them succeed with their health an fitness goals, so if you need a friend add me and we'll chat =) I'm looking for support and motivation on this site. Everyone has been so helpful so far!

I would like to lose 25 lb and keep it off. I would like to become a Lcertified yoga instructor. I want to help other people lose weight and get healthy. Goal: 163 by 8/31/11 159 by 9/30/11 155 by 10/31/11 150 by 12/31/11 Well, I got to my goal of 155 in February of 2011, and then life set in and in 2 months i gained back over 10 lbs! So now its back to losing instead of maintaining! Wanna get back to 155 and get that beach body by June! 2011 goals... *Run a 5K *Run 1/2 Marathon DONE *Participate in 3 Charity Walks *Join a volleyball league *2011 miles in 2011 :) *complete amazing yoga's 40 day revolution *maintain 155 lbs (+-5) *Take a cooking class *Take a photography class

Right now I'm doing p90x :) I also use my treadmill daily. I aim to burn at least 2700 calories a day using my bodybugg as my tracker.

My name is Katlyn. I just moved back to Pittsburgh from Maui, a little depressing, I know. My boyfriend and I are trying to settle into a normal routine, which has been difficult. Hopefully we can both get into jobs that we enjoy and start our new adventure back in PA.
