This was the weight loss success I had back in 2006 - 2007. Trying to get back to there!

04/2014 - Wow! Time flies and I am still FAT! Sometimes I wonder why bother. Nothing changes in the long run. However, it will change. It has too. As I get older things hurt more! My body has aches and pains it did not have back in '09. really need to feel healthier. Not so tired. So starting back. trying a new program this year. We'll see how it goes!

4/09 - Time to update my story. In Summer 2006, we went on vacation in Maryland. When I saw the pictures, it made me ill. I was larger than I had ever been, and I was so disappointed in myself. That September, I decided to change things. I joined Curves and went 3 days a week when my youngest was in Preschool. I mnaged to lose almost 50 pounds! It was great. But then I got lazy. Decided to try a new gym (and go with my oldest son) but I could never seem to get there. Of course most of the weight came back on. Once again - disapppinoted in myself. So - in February I joined a new gym. Closer to my house and not nearly as intimidating to go too. My wonderful friend Missy joined as well, and now we go almost every morning and sometimes I get to go in the afternoon with my son. The first two weeks I did not really watch my food, and of course I did not lose. Then I decided to stop wasting my time and stop kidding myself. I started journaling my food - stopped drinking Diet Coke cold turkey, got back to drinking my water, started logging my fitness minutes, and am now on the road to a healthier me! I hope my persistance holds out this time! It is great to have someone to go to the gym with. Makes all the difference in the world - for me anyway!
I have a long journey ahead of me, but I am taking it one step at a time!

Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you can not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it, release your inhibitions
Feel the rain on your skin
Noone else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in noone else
Noone else can speak the words on your lips
Drench your self in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins.
The rest is still unwritten.

KERRIEH2
Hi, Just popped in to say hi, I have been very busy over the weekend and was in Sydney all day. I have only had time to log on and do my menu. I hope things will be back to normal tomorrow. I am off to bed. Good night.
