My Goals:
-to love myself
-to continue to support my family but not leave myself out
-to find spiritual awareness and peace
-to love others
-to believe in myself

My Program:
 I believe that a consistant continuous program is the best way to go. I am going to stay motivated by starting to walk 20,000 steps per day, remove simple sugars, and conciously be aware of what I eat each day.
