Introduction Text I'm Kim, a single mother of 3 teenagers. I have decided that I deserve to feel good about myself so I am joining this group and the gym. I have a very outgoing personality but tend to be self concious about my weight. I do not want anything to hold me back from being the person I want to be and honestly, my weight is. I am here to change my lifestyle and be proud of who I am completely!

I would like to lose weight in a healthy way. My goal is to lose 10% first then the next goal would be to lose 10% more...it took me 20+ years to get it so I figure it will take me a little while to lose it. I am changing my eating habits too.

I am counting calories and using the tools on here to help me. I joined the gym down the road and I am doing as much fun stuff to keep moving as possible.
