My Goals:
I'm determined to get to 130 lbs. That's a good weight for me. I maintained that weight until I started distance running and training for a 1/2 marathon. I gained 15 lbs while training and now working hard to get it back off again!
My ULTIMATE goal is to lead a wellness group at my church.

My Goals:
I'm determined to get to 130 lbs. That's a good weight for me. I maintained that weight until I started distance running and training for a 1/2 marathon. I gained 15 lbs while training and now working hard to get it back off again! My ULTIMATE goal is to lead a wellness group at my church.
