Hey everyone : ) I am back. This past year has been hard and a lot has changed but not my need to be healthly. Now that I have mylife back on track I am ready to start losing weight again. 2 POUNDS = 7,000 CALORIES 1 1/2 POUND = 5,250 CALORIES 1 POUND = 3,500 CALORIES Hi, I am Kim,(I am 22) and my overall plan is to get down to 140. Right now my goal is 150. I am dropping pounds which is wonderful. I have two beautiful babies: Caleb and Ali. They were both three months early. I am still in school and working.
