I'm a 40 'something' female interested in eating healthy, being active and being around other like minded people. I've dropped 'a few' pounds and i have 'a few' more pounds to drop. BRING IT 2012!!

I had listened/heard a friend of mine talk about how much weight she was losing and how much better she felt (more energy, no more headaches, cravings diminished, etc.) but I have never been one for taking pills, diet or otherwise, so while I was happy for her, I stuck to my old adage of just working out and eating right and eventually I would lose the weight and get in shape. The sad part was, it wasn't working. I was working out 4-5 times a week (Spin classes, running, etc.) and I was MAYBE dropping a couple pounds every month or so. I was eating right (following Weight Watchers) but I still wasn't seeing results. (My energy level was always a struggle too). So, I decided to give V3 a try. I mean, it was being marketed as All Natural and someone I knew and trusted was taking it and getting PHENOMINAL results. I did my research and all I had heard was positive and so many people loved it. Why not, right?? RIGHT!!!

Let me just say, from day one (1) I started feeling better. I had more energy, my outlook on things were much more positive and I didn't have the cravings for all the carbs and fatty foods that I use to.

As of today, 4/24/12, I have dropped 25 lbs and I feel so much better about myself. I can't tell you enough how it feels to be thinner. Just dropping those extra pounds and having my clothes fit better is such a confidence booster.

My Update:
Started V3 on 2-6-2012
As of today, 4/24/12, Down 25 lbs
Lost a total of 20 inches
I'm following a Weight Watcher Plan
Drinking 1/2 my body weight in ounces, in water.

I have about 25 more pounds to lose and I'll keep my spark page updated so ya'll can see my progress.

My Goals:
Building up my stamina to run a 5k, 10k, etc.

Drop the additional pounds and tone up.

My Program:
I'm following a WW program and logging my points daily.

I work out each day by either walking, using my elyptical, WII, etc. Just trying to get some activity daily.
