Living a new life-healthy and fit


This is going to be about my journey to a healthy life. One that will never end because not only will it be a journey but it will be a forever lifestyle. A journey with great rewards that will also never end because on a journey like this every step closer will be its own reward. Every step in maintaning that lifestyle is also a reward.

My Goals:
My goal is to be able to live the rest of my life, healthy and fit. To be at a healthy weight. To have stamina and enjoy every activity that I might do, whether its camping or just taking a walk around the block or digging weeds in the garden.

My Program:
 Trying to break a plateau for I''m going to change my program:
Monday: weight training
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: all abs
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Weight training

Hopefully this will get me results.
